Me Matthew S. Shadley is a partner at Shadley Bien-Aimé. His practice focuses on criminal and regulatory litigation at all levels on the Quebec Courts. Me Shadley represents individual, corporate and institutional clients in complex criminal and constitutional matters. His practice ranges from drinking offences, to drug offences and crimes of violence. Me Shadley also assists corporations, as well as their executives, managing internal investigations and regulatory compliance.
Me Shadley graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Université de Montréal in 2013, during his studies he attended the Institut d’études politiques d’Aix-en-Provence where he received a certificate in European business law. Prior to studying law, Me Shadley completed a Bachelor of Arts in Joint-Honours History and Political Science from McGill.
Me Shadley is active in the legal community. He sits on a number of boards and lectures at both law firms and universities.
